Marathon Training Group
42 km by the end of September!
This program is designed for middle of the pack runners. Typically our pace would be around 7min/km.
Program starts April 12th to be ready for September 27th ( Berlin Marathon).
Program Includes:
• Complimentary ChiRunning Workshop to learn how to run with less effort and less chances of getting hurt (Date to be determined)
•24 week training plan via Final Surge
• Running Form Focuses for each run. Apply and practice all the concepts you learned in the ChiRunning Workshop.
• Strength training and stretching routines/exercises.
• Running workouts (speed, hills, etc) with distances building up to the race.
• Unlimited online communication (email, phone, text) including race strategy, etc
• Saturday Mornings group runs.
Requirements:
Be able to run 5km with ease.
Be able to get to 10km (even if with less ease)
