Basler Dreiländerlauf 10k Race- Group Training Program for Beginner Women -
Training starts October March 9 to be ready for May 17th, 2020 and run the 10 Km 3Länderlauf in Basel.
• ChiRunning Workshop on February 9 or March 15th 14-18hs in Birsfelden to learn and practice how to run with less effort and no pain.
•10 week Custom training plan via Final Surge
• Running Form Focuses for each run. Learn and apply all the concepts you learned in the ChiRunning Workshop.
• Strength training and stretching routines/exercises.
• Running workouts (speed, hills, etc) with distances building up to the event
• Unlimited online communication (email, phone, text) including race strategy, etc

Uphill & Downhill with ease
Saturday March 21, 14-16hs in Oberwil, BL, for this outdoor active Workshop to learn how to run up and downhills with less effort and less pain. The workshop includes introduction to ChiRunning, a 5-7km run plus gradual and steep uphill and downhill techniques. Perfect for seasoned runners that want an edge for the next racing season. ChiRunning/ChiWalking Workshop March 15th
Sunday March 15th 14-18hs in Birsfelden (Roche Sports Facility)
ChiRunning is a method to learn better running technique, focused on posture, ankle lift, arm swing and the use of gravity to move forward easier, lighter on your feet, effortless and pain free.
This workshop is not physically strenuous and perfect for beginner and seasoned runners.
It includes video analysis of your current running form.
Workshop is indoors.
