Up Hill & Down Hill with Ease

Join this outdoor active Workshop to learn how to run up and downhills with less effort and less pain. This workshop is perfect for seasoned runners, NOT for beginners. Total distance 7-10km

OS is a movement restoration system. Gentle floor exercises, mimicking what babies do during the first year of life, recondition your body to move better, be stronger, heal and increase flexibility and range of motion. Correct your posture and improve your athletic performance.
