ChiRunning is a method to learn better running technique, focused on posture, ankle lift, arm swing and the use of gravity to move forward easier, lighter on your feet, effortless and pain free.
This workshop is not physically strenuous and perfect for beginner and seasoned runners.
Workshop is outdoor and will be rescheduled if the weather is not good enough.
