Training program starts on August 18th
• Complimentary ChiRunning Workshop to learn and practice how to run with less effort and no pain.
•10 week Custom training plan via Final Surge.
• Running Form Focuses for each run. Learn and apply all the concepts you learned in the ChiRunning Workshop.
• Strength training and stretching routines/exercises.
• Running workouts (speed, hills, etc) with distances building up to the event
• Unlimited online communication (email, phone, text) including race strategy, etc
• Saturday Group Coaching Sessions in Oberwil (time to be confirmed)
