Program starts October 27 to be ready for February 16th, 2020,

•16 week Custom training plan via Final Surge
• Running Form Focuses for each run. Learn and apply all the concepts you learned in the ChiRunning Workshop.
• Strength training and stretching routines/exercises.
• Running workouts (speed, hills, etc) with distances building up to the event
• Unlimited online communication (email, phone, text) including race strategy, etc
• Saturday Mornings group Coaching Sessions
