• Complimentary ChiRunning Workshop on June 23 rd to learn and practice how to run with less effort and no pain.
•16 week Custom training plan via Final Surge that will help you do your training even on vacations!
• Running Form Focuses for each run. Learn and apply all the concepts you learned in the ChiRunning Workshop.
• Strength training and stretching routines/exercises.
• Running workouts (speed, hills, etc) with distances building up to the event
• Unlimited online communication (email, phone, text) including race strategy, etc
• Saturday Mornings group Coaching Sessions (no sessions on July 13th, July 20th and August 10th)
