Group Workshops 

ChiRunning combines the inner flow and focus of Tai Chi with biomechanics to create a revolutionary technique that reduces pain and increases the joy of running and walking. Our workshops include postural alignment, body sensing and relaxation.  Gentle exercises will help you move in accordance with our anatomical design.  You don't have to be a seasoned runner to enjoy a run.
